This 4-session program coached by Canada National Team member Shanlee Johnston is designed to help U11, U12, U13 and U14 players to get ready for the outdoor Spring Program:
One of the most important ways to improve your hockey is simply to get as many touches as possible with stick and ball, and these indoor sessions will provide exactly that. Working with experienced coaches, each 90-minute session will focus on developing individual skills through practices and small games.

Please note, this program is only open to those athletes who have registered for the Junior Spring Season.

Please note - it is not possible to sign up for individual sessions due to space restraints. Because of the limited space we ask that if you register, you do your best to attend every session if at all possible, so we are not denying the space to others unfairly.
Players must bring the following:
Indoor court shoes
Indoor sticks and balls will be provided, along with all training equipment.
